- Shuttles Downtown - The "UB BLUE LINE" connects the Downtown and South Campuses without the hassle of connecting from shuttle to shuttle.
- Mall/Market Shuttle - Need to shop? Take the Mall/Market Shuttle to WalMart, Tops, Wegmans and the Boulevard Mall on Wednesdays & Saturdays.
Zipcar - Students age 18+ and faculty/staff may have wheels when they want them. Low hourly and daily rates include gas, insurance, and 180 miles per day.
Weekend/Holiday "Express Bus Home" - Parking and Transportation Services, in conjunction with D & F Travel, is pleased to offer express transportation from UB's North Campus to New York City, Albany, Syracuse and Binghamton for breaks throughout the semester.
UB CarFree Carpool Program - Alleviate some of the demand for parking, reduce traffic congestion, and reduce our environmental footprint, UB has implemented UB CarFree Carpool Program for faculty, staff and students.
NFTA Metro Rail Pass Program - The University and the NFTA have not reached an agreement regarding an extension of the Metro Rail Pass Program for Fall 2012. The current program ends August 31st. In the interim, Parking and Transportation Services has added another Blue Line shuttle to the Fall schedule to provide connectivity between the South Campus and our Downtown campus. The Blue Line will pick up at each stop every 30 minutes. Additional shuttle and route information.
Taxi - UB has established a partnership with Buffalo Transportation, a local taxicab company, to provide safe, convenient transportation at a flat rate for UB students, faculty and staff to popular locations. Buffalo Transportation accepts Campus Cash.
Rideshare - Find a colleague or fellow student to share the commute.
Ride the Metro - Pre-tax savings on an NFTA transit pass are available to State employees.
Bicycling at UB - Information on Buffalo Bikeshare and campus servcies to support over 800 bicycles on campus and bike racks on each UB Stampede bus.
